From Surreal to Local, this hospitality fit-out renovation is one we’re especially proud of. Together we collaborated with passionate business owners and designers to work to a tight construction schedule, pulling off this completely revamped Queenstown bar in efficient time.
This complete facelift features a brand new glass and tile facade instantly increasing Local’s street appeal. Large doors welcome you into a cozy, well-lit space that oozes hospitality. Brand new stylish joinery, brick detailing and impeccable tile work help to complete the new bar that will house many happy patrons to come.

Wellness space fit-out
Our mission on this project was to deliver Align’s vision for a functional, and inspiring wellness space, without breaking the bank. We cleverly used the existing layout to save on labour, allowing for a group exercise space, practitioner rooms, and a welcoming entry area. Our team worked to a neat schedule to ensure the space was ready on time too.
On entering the space you’ll notice high quality finishes that are design-forward, yet ready to stand the wear and tear of a high-use space. Feature lighting and light plastered walls create height and space, while bright pops of colour bring a sense of energy and vitality to clients, and staff.

Office space fit-out
McKenzie & Co’s new home in Queenstown Central started as a huge open, empty office space. In collaboration with Gaze Commercial Limited, we facilitated the complete fit out of 2 spacious board rooms, welcoming entry way, functional shared kitchen space, and finally the open plan work area.
McKenzie & Co’s staff now enjoy a space that feels warm and calming to the senses with plenty of room for meetings, and staff wellbeing allowing ample work to be achieved. Durable polished concrete floors are a stand out design feature when coupled with the earthy industrial furnishings. We also loved installing the beautiful glass slider doors, and the dark timber look kitchen cabinetry.

For this busy clinic space in Queenstown’s Five Mile shopping precinct, delivering quality and durability was paramount. The Brownie team worked hard to build out this once empty space into a fully functioning clinic housing a waiting/reception area, retail display, treatment rooms, and staff area.

Natural light was the hero of Stantec’s fitout in Queenstown Central’s shopping centre. In collaboration with Gaze Commercial Limited, Brownie Construction helped deliver a space that feels good to work in.
Stantec’s fit out featured precision installation of large windows and sliding doors to create light bathed workspaces throughout. Custom cabinetry though-out added functional storage, and complete a kitchenette that staff can enjoy come break time.

Retail fit out
Working to a specified design Brownie Construction created this high-tech, high impact shop fit out in Queenstown Central. Working with sub-trades we executed the install of impactful custom lighting that brings the space to life. Complex shaped retail shelving lines the walls allowing everything Mobile King stocks to be effortlessly displayed by staff, and browsed by customers.
