Te Kura Whakatipu o Kawarau
School build
This was a meaningful landmark project for a brand new primary school in Hanleys Farm. This project was a collaboration with Southbase Construction and was a huge success delivering the primary school in 6 months from being onsite. Our team worked hard to build a safe, education hub for the children and teachers of our community.
Included was:
Two large class room wings (one is multi-storied) including dividable shared spaces, tiered seating areas, bathrooms, and kitchen/technology rooms.
An admin wing including library, offices, board room, staff area and kitchenspace.
A large hard wearing multi purpose gymnasium.
Wakatipu High School
Gymnasium build
After success at Te Kura Whakatipu o Kawarau School, our team had the opportunity to work with Southbase Construction again to create the new High School gymnasium. Unprecedented growth within our area spurred on this huge gymnasium extension featuring heavily engineered steel work and impressive large scale design features.
We worked to a pre-specified programme, safely and efficiently, delivering this project on time, and to a high quality standard.
